1. Try going for a day (or a few days) without interacting with anyone (no talking, texting, etc). Slow interactions like writing or emailing is ok. Without social approval, I wonder how much more I am able to focus.
  2. Allow myself to do anything I want to do at any moment in the day for a day (or a few days). The only rule is to do what feels best - do what my body wants the most at the moment. Don’t think about productivity or “I should XYZ”. Track happiness level, and motivation; reflect on what I did in the day after.
    1. My hypothesis is that I will not naturally want to chase after a brainless dopamine rush. I can’t binge TV for a day even if I let myself.
  3. Strictly follow a 2-2-2 work day schedule.
  4. Track my time by 15mins segments
