What I’ve dabbled on
- generative love
- Tweetify
- Sketchly
What we’ve seen
- copywriting
- transcription
- language models for playwriting
Ideas
- Make all podcast and video content searchable
- Currently they are all trapped in their format and although Youtube segments video for you it doesn’t apply to other videos or audio files online
- Make lectures searchable for educational purposes
- Automatically extract important pieces from information that I consumed today and space repetition me via audio
- basically, an intellectual conversation with AI that speaks my books back to me at anywhere and anytime
- ML for ideation
- machines are better at “brute forcing” combinations of ideas for humans to pick out the ones that would be interesting
- algorithms are better at noting all spaces of relevant tools, information, ideas that can be presented to humans to be tied together
- But what about deep, original insights? Would that be possible for a model?
Crazy Ideas
- capture all spoken words upon privacy approval and make conversations searchable
- No information would ever get lost
- I want to run an experiment starting today. I want to document every single bit of potentially information that I go through / happen to me in my day until Sunday, and see the bombard rate of these information in the future (whether I will reference them, and how I want to reference them). The info I document includes
- text conversations
- conversations
- time tracking
- articles I read
- mental states / personal reflections
- ideas
- The hypothesis is that, in the near future
- it’ll be really easy to capture information and make all of them searcheable
- potentials of connections and parallels could be drawn from all this information, but they are currently unavailable to us because we don’t capture everything
